Refund policy

At ScrubBuddy™, we stand behind the quality of our products and operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We offer a 14 day refund policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if your item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or does not arrive.


Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund in applicable cases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging included, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved and the return is not due to a product fault, damage, or error on our part, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • defective
  • incorrect
  • significantly different from the description

We may request photo or video evidence to help assess the issue and organise a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • used cleaning products or used toilet brushes
  • perishable goods
  • custom or personalised items
  • personal care products once opened or used
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • gift cards
  • clearance or discounted sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental orders
  • finding the product cheaper elsewhere
  • deciding you no longer want the item
  • incorrect selection by the customer

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Response Time

We aim to respond to all refund or return enquiries within 5 business days.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
